Got Hearing Accessible room with bunk beds and a pull out couch and microwave as expected.

Functional room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and large bathroom. Continental breakfast with pancakes and eggs. Lovely friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff that was attentive and could tell they cared about the facility and providing good customer service and central location.

They offer exceptionally good, exceptional rooms with a pull out couch and enough space for the kids to play with and highter floors.

Location near to great dining and shopping attractions, and the shops. Had huge room with a view for a really really nice stay for three nights.

I had wonderful, exceptional room complete with a bunk bed, a beautiful fireplace and TVs.

I was pleased with friendly service. In my case they offered Hearing Accessible room with fireplace and bunk beds, as for instance and that was great. The food was outstanding, especially pancakes and eggs for breakfast. The location was central, stunning to the national monument;)))

The hotel was fairly clean and wonderful, had particularly nice views of the mountain. The staff was incredibly kind all day long. The room was huge, with a functional decor and a fireplace, a kitchen, and two TVs for my comfort. I appreciated the family atmosphere, great food and excellent service. The location of the venue was great and beautiful - not very far from Dahl's Chainsaw Art.

The continental breakfast had good choice of options for all tastes. The hotel was in the heart of Keystone, and we were just a short stroll away from Lakota Lake Picnic Area.

I enjoyed the room, it was huge and spotless and had a fireplace, a kitchen area, and two TVs. The location was marvellous, near to the stores and restaurants, and the Keystone mall, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

Spotless room with pleasant view of the mountains. Amazing friendly and efficient staff and fantastic location next to food places as well as the shops and restaurants along the main street. Also, easy to get to National Presidential Wax Museum.

The room was functional & huge, came with microwave and a jetted tub, for instance. The service was all in all friendly. Besides, parking was available on-site.

Wonderful hotel with outstandingly accommodating personnel and particularly nice view of the mountains. Updated, big size room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Their service was excellent. Very clean pool to relax in too.
